The 5-20 Team:5-20 Homes opened for business in 2009 with the goal of being the preferred Charlotte homebuilder for buyers seeking a complete luxury homebuying experience. The company consists of several talented professionals who share experience in the many facets of the homebuilding industry. A President who has extensive experience overseeing the strategic direction for the Southeast Operations of one of the nation's largest homebuilders and who has managed an operating division for a regional builder. A Vice President of Production who managed home construction for a national builder and who has owned and operated a custom home construction company for the past four years. A Vice President of Design who has experience designing custom homes in the Carolinas, California and Nevada over the past 20 years. A professional sales team who have sold new homes for various national and regional builders since 1995. While we each bring different talents and strengths to the team, we share a common core belief that providing a superior quality product at a fair price while providing exceptional customer service at every step will play a critical role in the company's future success.
The 5-20 Vision:
Every member of 5-20 Homes has purchased and moved into a new home. Like most other new homeowners we have spent our weekends and every minute we are not at work, picking out paint, driving to the local store to purchase blinds and window treatments, replacing and adding to the sparse landscaping and then proceeding to paint, install, and plant....... essentially doing everything but what we should be doing ....... fully enjoying our new home.
